Goated is a free football drafting and simulation game. This policy explains what we store about you, who can see it, and how to have it removed.

• The email address you sign up with, used to sign you in and to send your verification and reset codes.
• Your handle (username), which you choose and can change in settings.
• Your profile picture, if you upload one or pick one of the ready-made avatars.
• Your game data: the squads you draft, your simulated season records and grades, your battle results, your friend requests and the players you block or report.

We do not ask for your real name, your address, your phone number or any payment details, and we do not collect your location or your device's contacts.

Your data runs the game: showing your squad and record, matching you in battles, building the leaderboards, and keeping the community safe when someone is reported or blocked.

Your handle, your profile picture, your drafted squads and your win-loss record are visible to other signed-in players and on the leaderboards. Your email address is never shown to another player.

The app runs on Base44, which provides our hosting, database and sign-in service, and emails are delivered through our email provider so your verification codes reach you. They process data on our behalf. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

When you report a player, we store the reason and anything you write, along with your handle, so the app's operator can review it. When you block a player, they stop appearing in your searches and can no longer send you friend requests or challenges.

Your data stays for as long as your account exists. Settings has a Delete my account option that immediately removes your profile, squads, season records, battles, friend requests and blocks, and signs you out. The account record itself is then removed from the app's user list.

You can change your handle and picture at any time in Settings, and you can delete your account there too. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your data, such as asking for a copy or asking us to correct or erase it.

Goated is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top of this page.
