By creating an account or playing Goated, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app.

You must be 13 or older. One account and one handle per person, and you are responsible for keeping your password safe. You may not sell, transfer or share your account.

Your handle and profile picture are public. They must be yours to use and must not impersonate anyone else, and they must not be offensive, hateful, sexually explicit, violent or unlawful. We may remove content or an account that breaks these rules.

Do not cheat, tamper with records or leaderboards, use bots or scripts to play, harass other players, or post spam. Battles are played in good faith: one run each, and the result is whatever your drafted lineup produces.

Goated is a free game of skill and simulation. There is no wagering, no entry fee and no prize of value, and nothing of value changes hands between players. The simulated season decides the result, and we do not adjust a result after the fact.

Leaderboards rank players by the squads and seasons they have run. Records may be removed if they were produced by cheating, and ranks may shift as other players play.

Goated is an unofficial fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the National Football League, any league, any team, or any player or celebrity. Names are used to identify the players being drafted, for entertainment only.

The game, its design, and its player ratings, data and simulations belong to the app's operator. You may not copy or resell them.

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms.

The app is provided as-is. Features, player data and ratings may change, and the app may be unavailable at times while it is updated or maintained.

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranties of any kind, and the operator is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
